The delicious bacon, lettuce and tomato classic sandwich that can be changed up to suit your tastes. Try some turkey instead of bacon for a healthy twist.


  • Two slices of bread of your choosing
  • Four rashers bacon, cooked until crisp
  • Two tomatoes, thickly sliced
  • Handful iceberg lettuce, washed and dried
  • Two tablespoon mayonnaise


  1.  Spread each slice of bread with some mayonnaise
  2. On one slice, add your bacon, sliced tomatoes and lettuce
  3. Top with remaining slice of bread
