The delicious bacon, lettuce and tomato classic sandwich that can be changed up to suit your tastes. Try some turkey instead of bacon for a healthy twist.
Ingredients
- Two slices of bread of your choosing
- Four rashers bacon, cooked until crisp
- Two tomatoes, thickly sliced
- Handful iceberg lettuce, washed and dried
- Two tablespoon mayonnaise
Method
- Spread each slice of bread with some mayonnaise
- On one slice, add your bacon, sliced tomatoes and lettuce
- Top with remaining slice of bread
